Integral Business Process Outsourcing, Externalia S.L.U. hereinafter Externalia Solutions considers that both the Information Security and Privacy which treats as the IT Service Provisioning The development and implementation of a Management System, in compliance with the requirements of the European Union's standards, is a fundamental part of its business and, for this reason, a Management System has been developed and implemented. ISO/IEC 27001, ISO IEC 27701 and ISO/IEC 20000-1 Standards as organizational and methodological support to undertake the path of Continuous Improvement through:
- Taking the necessary technical and organizational measures to protect the availability, confidentiality and integrity of the information, as well as the privacy of any processing of personal data.
- Restrict and control access to information and the means for its processing.
- To meet our customers' requirements regarding information security and privacy.
- Having the means to prevent, manage and resolve incidents.
- Ensure that services are aligned with the needs of our customers and users.
- Compliance with business, legal and regulatory requirements.
- Provision of technically competent and duly trained personnel to carry out the tasks with the required quality guarantees.
- Active participation of all personnel based on the concept of self-management of the workplace and continuous training.
- The provision of material resources appropriate to the production process and in accordance with the degree of precision required.
- The establishment of the necessary measures to prevent, study and eliminate, whenever possible, the factors that may negatively affect the management of the Services.
- The establishment of annual objectives and the allocation of resources, both technical, material and human, for their achievement, to guarantee the Continuous Improvement of the desired quality levels.
- Improve communication between the personnel involved in the provision of IT services and the customers and users of such services.
- Improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the internal processes for the provision of services.
The Externalia Solutions Managementis committed to lead this process and to allocate the necessary resources to comply with the requirements established in the Management System, satisfy customer requirements and achieve the objectives set.
Each employee is responsible for complying with this Policy and the Management System requirements as they apply to his or her job. Failure to comply may be grounds for disciplinary action.
