User-level security

Profile-level security

The application provides a role management system for access to the different tools and modules, being able to determine for each role, the functionalities to which it will have access in query mode or management mode.

Safety at the work center level

At this security level, we can define for each user which specific work centers he/she will have access to.

Security at the document manager level

The application provides a permissions management system within the folders and document files that make up the document manager, also for external users such as subcontractors and contractors.
